Anthony Janssen AKA Aj  27 - Owner Operator
I have been in the industry since I was fifteen, I love it and have always loved it. The best part for me is seeing our staff grow and being able to help them along the way. I have a strong emphasis on training and development and love to see people achieving. My favourite thing outside of the business is Kitesurfing and I cant get enough of it!
Aleasha Holben AKA The Holbenator - Owner Operator/Finance Guru
Aleasha is the rock, she is our finance guru and a true perfectionist. Aleasha & I have been together for over 3 years now and she is an integral part of our business. She works hard and keeps our suppliers and our staff in line at all times! I am lucky in so many ways to have Aleasha in my life.
Henrik Kammermann AKA Swiss 34 - General Manager
I knew the day I met Henrik that he would be our new general manager, we have only known each other for a short period of time & I already love working with him. Henrik brings a wealth of knowledge, strong training background, good work ethic and a great sense of humor. He has fitted straight into a pretty tight team!  
Benjamin Bishop AKA Ranga 21 - Head Chef
Ranga came to us as a 2nd year apprentice and pushed hard to qualify in just over 12 months. During that time he came runner up in apprentice of the year. He has continued to push and after 2 short years he runs the kitchen, and runs it well! His food is simple with style, flare and precision. I couldn't ask for a better head chef. Ranga leads his team well and genuinely loves his job.
Carolyn Griffiths AKA Rosie 23 - Sous Chef
So much to say about this little character, Rosie and I have been working together for 7 years now and I hope to see another 7 with her! Rosie is regarded as the ultimate sous chef, she's always got your back! Her food is exact and done with plenty of passion. Rosie is always cooking, at work she cooks, at home she cooks, at our staff occasions, she cooks! She just loves cooking!
Jeremy Burns AKA Jezza 23 - Demi Chef
Jezza came to us 2 years ago with plenty of know how and ability, a well travelled cook. We signed him up as a mature age fast track apprentice and we'll get to see him qualify (officially) in December. Jezza has an insane ability to rise up to whatever the occasion brings on NYE 2008 he managed to cook 80 perfect steaks, that's a bloody good effort!
Olivia McDonald Holland AKA Liv 19 - FOH Supervisor
If its black, its black, and don't argue! Liv tells it how it is! She like things exact and perfect. A positive for any business. She keeps the place meticulously clean and in perfect order. Liv is a pleasure to work with as she stays one step ahead at all times and doesn't miss a beat. She will only be with us until June 2010 as she is jet setting around the world. She'll be missed!
 Nick Tranta AKA Nicko 23 - 1st year apprentice
Nick has just started with us and considering his never done any serious kitchen work is doing a great job. Nicko is one of the most polite people I have ever met! I look forward to seeing him qualify. So far so good!
