Sick of your New Years Eve always being a let down? Looking for either a meal and some NYE worthy entertainment or just a decent party? Well, you are in the right place!


For those wishing to fill their stomachs with a three course menu created by our amazing team of chefs before heading onto the d-floor, here is a sneak peak of the offerings.....

Entree

masterstock braised pork belly, seared scallops, pickled cabbage, spiced apple chutney, lime

goats cheese and chive tortellini, asparagus, lemon burre blanc, dressed salad leaves

marinated mexican prawn skewers, pineapple salsa


Main

prawn and scallop risotto, sweetcorn, asparagus, dill, mascarpone and lemon (vegetarian option available)

MSA scotch fillet, chunky twice cooked chips, roast pumpkin and parmesan salad, bernaise sauce

prosciutto wrapped free range chicken, parmesan polenta, baby carrots and peas, brown chicken sauce


Dessert

Liz's orange pannacotta, lime jelly, raspberry sorbet

Rox's dark chocolate tart, milk sorbet, salted peanut brittle

apple and rhubarb crumble, cinnamon anglaise, bay leaf ice cream
